He could be, but what does that say about every other black and tan Pit. Just by the look of his coat I would say he is not. That longer course coat that a Rottweiler has is pretty dominate, his head is also not built like a Rottweiler.

on their photo page there's a big red male in a pulling harness with a yellow leather collar on. Do you know if they produced him or do they have dogs off of him?

I would say Rott xPitt mix also... the pit gene is VERY strong.... I cant tell much from the pics but over 100lbs it has to be mixed with something and not to mention on black n tan that is a very hard task to come by with 100% pit... either way he is cool as hell

I like the one Boogiesmama is pointing out also..he is on point I think he was called Yamato or something...he is bad ass

Mike the dog I pointed out is named joker I was just wondering what kind of connection they have to him if they produced him or if they've bred to him

No they did not produce Joker, he is a half brother to Chevelle and Kid.....They are Eddington Line dogs, yes Whopper. LOL Should we beat the dead horse again? LOL


I've seen game dogs that are a solid black/tan......................I really don't care if he's a mix, I've def. seen worse.

Yeah, I just want to know where he and/or who he came from. He is UKC so I would think he had to come from something state side.

I know the Sorrell line of game style pit bulls is known for its black with brindle point dogs. The dogs are not actually black & tan like people think but actually black with brindle points...different from dobies & rotties...I know this very well due to some of the Sorrell pits go back in the foundation of the Renascence Bulldogges which are well known for this coloring...
