Thread: Looking for a FUNCTIONAL Bully

Default Looking for a FUNCTIONAL Bully

Hello everyone, I just joined the board. I would love to make a bully pup the next addition to my family. But from what I've seen, a lot of the bully breeders out there don't health test and it seems most of the dogs are way overdone/deformed. Not trying to be disrespectful in any way, just calling it as I see it.
I just want a family pet that is great with kids and doesn't have any health or temperment problems. And I want a dog that can play all day long with drive out the ying yang. I've been looking at a lot of different kennels and the only ones I could find are.
    Ruckus Kennels
    WorldclassK-9
Both seem to have awesome dogs. Worldclass has a dog named Masio that looks very impressive, something along the lines of what I want. Anyone here have any experience with these kennels or any other suggestions? I just don't want to get ripped off (been there, done that...and it sucks).
As far as the bully being a pure pit, I really don't care about all that. As long as someone is breeding good quality dogs and is honest, that's what I respect. To the moderators, I hope this is the correct forum for this post, since it's about different kennels. Didn't know where else to put it. Thanks everyone.

1503 Bulls has a pup available, I believe. Vampiro is his name I think.

KungFuCord has a litter that is showing drive already at a young age.

Search through the forum and post up some pics of dogs you like and post up all your questions. We'll try to help you out.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone.
I've once saw a few pics of 1503's Bullies on another board.....he has some very nice stuff. Is he a member of this board? I will also check out KungFuCord.
I'm in no hurry right now to get a pup, just doing as much research as possible at the moment. It'll be a little while till I actually take the plunge.
Really like the board, was checking out the subforums and it is definitely a lot different from most of the other Bully boards out there, where everyone is just bragging about how great their dogs are.
It's good that there are more Bully breeders that are trying to improve on the breed. To be honest I used to think the Bully dogs were crap, but now I'm seeing more and more Bully owners taking there dogs seriously and improving on the breed. I think that's the way to go, to produce a dog that is a great pet but can excel in other fields like wt pull, hog hunting, agility trials, etc. And of course have that rock solid Bully build.
I will be lurking and posting whenever I think I can help anyone.
    Thanks again.

ive spoke with the guy from worldclass. Masio is the shit. Dude is real, wont bullshit with you, tells you how it is. My next dog im sending to them for some customized training. If not then Im buying a dog straight from them.

They have Capone(paco grandson) who is the shit too. That and ThugLife(CH Thug son). If I had the money right now Capone would be mine, simple as that.

Thanks, I found him and was checking out pics of his dogs. Very nice!

I will put up a vid of a WorldClassK-9 dog to give the board an idea of what I like to see in a Bully dog....at least as far as athletic ability goes.

remember tho, dogs with great drive NEED training. these are the kind of dogs that will chase squirrels, cats and other dogs and kill em if they arent trained properly. with great drive comes great responsibility, so if u plan on buying from worldclass or better yet, 1503, make sure u know a good dog trainer. i think most people can agree with me that dogs with drive tend to be the ones tht get into trouble.
