How to add pictures in your post.

Linking pictures from the internet:

Onwards to the step-by-step.

Step One: First thing to do is hit "new thread" or "post reply" depending on when/why you are posting. Next, type out the text of your thread.

Step Two: Next, go to the webpage with the photo you are looking to link, and right click the picture (not on the page, it MUST be on the picture itself. A box will pop up- go all the way down and click on "properties." You should see another box pop up, and it will look something like this:


There is a value titled "Address (URL)"- that is the URL for the picture. Highlight that value (everything including "http" all the way to the end (it may be a very long URL and run on besides what you can see... keep highlighting until you have ALL of it, or it will not work). DO NOT use the URL in the Address bar of your browser!

Step Three: Take the URL you just copied, and insert it between "image tags" as seen below. You can eithher hit IMGthen paste, then hit IMG* or hit the IMG button twice, then paste it between the two.


Step Four: The last thing to do is to check your work, you can hit preview to make sure you have done it correctly.

Here is how to upload photos off of your computer, and onto the internet.

Step one: Regester for a FREE photobucket account at www.photobucket.com

Step two: Upload Photos onto your photo bucket account

Step three: Copy and past the text in the [IMG] box under the photo you would like to post, like below.


Step four: Paste it directly into your post, and preview to make sure it worked.
