Help People find the right breeder
This section is to help people find good breeders and avoid the bad ones.
You can use the following to help you find what you are looking for.

First go to the top bar and click on search. When the menu opens select advanced search.

From here you can type in the kennel or breeder name in the keyword search box. Be sure to select Kennel Review forum on the lower right before performing search.
Wether you are looking for information on a breeder/kennel or looking to add to someone else experience, this is fastest way to find it.
When posting your experience please remember that this board is for all the public to see.
Please only have the kennel or breeders name in the title. This will make it easier for people to find.
If you are caught posting negative feedback because you do not like some one YOU WILL BE REPORTED TO FORUM ADMIN AND YOUR POST WILL BE DELETED...
To add to that you must be able to back up claims of bad breeder practices with emails, photos, scanned documents, etc.
Cross posting compliments/complaints for other boards is aloud SO LONG AS YOU DO NOT POST LINKS...
All breeders and/ or kennels are welcome to challenge any complaints.
Remember to keep it professional, if you don't the post will be deleted regardless if you are right or wrong.

Customer Service???
Customer service (also known as Client Service) is the provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase.
According to Turban et al, 2002, “Customer service is a series of activities designed to enhance the level of customer satisfaction – that is, the feeling that a product or service has met the customer expectation.”
Its importance varies by product, industry and customer. As an example, an expert customer might require less pre-purchase service (i.e., advice) than a novice. In many cases, customer service is more important if the purchase relates to a “service” as opposed to a “product".
Customer service may be provided by a person (e.g., sales and service representative), or by automated means called self-service. Examples of self service are Internet sites.
Customer service is normally an integral part of a company’s customer value proposition.
Some argue that the quality and level of customer service has decreased in recent years, which can be attributed to a lack of support or understanding at the executive and middle management levels of a corporation.[1]
As a kennel/breeder are you providing good customer service to YOUR clients???
