Default Help Please

Last Sunday on Nov 9th my boy Dynasty some how got a Prolasped rectum, I guess you'd call it. Took him to tha vet got him fixed up. Everything looked good. Brought him back to tha Vet yesterday to get the stitches taken out, Vet said looks good, Yes I thought. This morning same thing it Prolasped AGAIN. Took him back at to tha vet, gonna fix him up at only 45 this time. I know he was fed a chicken bone by accident by my Father-n-Law. I think this was tha problem personlly, The Vet said it was though n they didnt do a X-Ray.
Has anyone ever had this problem if so, Whats is caused from, How to Prevent it, Advice Please

Yep I think that was there plan. I just picked him up today. I talked to tha vet bout 1pm today n all she said was 45 for tha anethesia. So I was happy til I picked him up, n the secratary gave me my reciept n it said 388, n I told her i talked to tha Vet at 1 today n told her was she said n she kinda brushed me off n kepted talking bout the new bill.
So ima call them in tha morning n talk to that dam Vet again. I aint paying that bill if she told me only 45 over tha phone. She can kiss my ass for all i careif she tries to lie to me bout it. She better have done it right this time too.

Yeah i have ran into vet problems in the past but what helped me is i went around meeting and talking to vets checking out their offices and seeing who actually know the breed! and its medical history! I could have called and talked over the phone but i think that first impressions mean a lot so thats what i did to pick a vet and now i can go in with or without money and they will take care of my dogs. which i understand that they have a business to run but the fact that they will even let me do that means a lot they care about my pets the same way i do!
So take your time and shop around...good luck!!!

Yep I hear you there. Tha only reason I went to this vet was that, my vet i usually go to was out on a call n couldnt get ahold of any other vets, The Stock Doc was tha only vet that answered my call, n took him in right way. I called my Vet gave him an update on my dog n what not, n he told me things that the other Vet didnt even say so theres another example on what a Bad Vet is. I hope to god he is fixed this time. dipping into the Christmas Funds lol.

Default Sorry to hear!

Hope your dog is doin better! I googled the problem as I have never heard of it, I do recomend you do the same.

As for vets, man o man! Seems we've gone thru 'em & we are coming back around again. We had one practice for the longest time. Then we felt like they were making some serious mistakes treating our dogs, we confronted them & they simple said that there was no problem, I needed to calm down. Now they are telling friends (that we referred to the clinic) that they have no idea why we left! Total BS! Never mind what they were charging us after agreeing to cut us some slack because we agreed to bring all our animals( 6pits& 5 cats) there rather than go to the post vet. We used to get free heartguard & frontline as long as we brought the pup in the office up to 6 months of age & then the company reps stopped & the freebies stopped.

Ask alot of questions when you get a new vet, write down questions (on going in a pet's treatment) so you can just hand it over when you see the vet. I know vets got bills & want to make a thriving business, but when something's not right, you gotta make it good, who ever you are!
